What is the proper clothing for a therapy dog?

I have multiple personalities, Tourettes syndrome, and schizophrenia. My dog is well behaved and when I have an episode, it helps to calm me, so I was told by my psychiatrist I would always keep with me. We want to get her the right clothes to restaurants and places you know she is a Service Dog. I looked up what I can and I think she needs a reflective vest, a halter, muzzle, and a 18 inch or less leash. I found in places that have and I ordered them. Is there anything else I might need? Thank you.

I volunteer with a program for get the pet therapy ready to be placed in a home and everything they wear a vest with the company name on it and the jacket has bags to carry wet wipes and bags if they have an accident in a store can be cleaned. You can not just leave piles of shit in the stores. But I think you have registered your dog or simply everyone would put a coat on their dogs and take them into stores .... I check for that before the cops called.
