What would you do if your neighbor had a pit bull and you want to open a home daycare?

The dog is good with people that I saw and I have a privacy fence on that side. But I saw him come off and go after my puppy. And my neighbors are Alcoholic. My dream is to have this bussiness childcare, but I want to manage everything properly and morally correct. Is it fair for me to go ahead with this? If yes, what advice do you have for me?

Make sure your home and garden (if children are going to play them) is secure. Do not worry. If you fear that these people are abusing the dog, give your local animal control a call. Just because the dog is a pit bull does not mean this dangerous dogs. Unless you have been a dangerous or aggressive behavior (most dogs chase everything that moves, including puppies, are usually just innocent / Curiosity), it should not be a cause for concern.
