Games to promote the sale work?

I need ideas on what kind of games I can use to help promote sales of some items in my store. I want my staff to start actually wanting to sell items. I want to think of something that will truly make associates feel like promoting our services (dog training). We tried to give the pop and candy that is not working. I don; t want to do something too expensive because I still have a budget to work with, but I need advice! Please send your ideas, no matter what you ... I am desperate at this point! thank you in advance!

You can not give people soda and candy, this is Grade 5 not more. That always works with human nature is like better than others. Think "Employee of the week or month of" giving a parking space Perhaps some in advance for the top seller in their name or photo on the wall or, possibly, a ranking list of all the best sellers. Do Amway not just make them fun and make it seem important.
