Telephone numbers and other contact information for farmers are available on the website of the AKC.

Make sure to list specific issues before contacting a breeder. Also visit facility or kennel, if possible, make sure your potential Beagle was raised under appropriate conditions. Does the offer Breeder guarantees and / or return policy? Medical documentation is available? You may also want to ask about rescued beagles. These Beagles are usually adults who have suffered trauma such as abandonment and neglect. They are cheaper, but pure bred, but complete information line may not be available.

You will be able to take your Beagle for the next ten to fifteen years. Make sure there is a Beagle Healthy raised properly by a reputable breeder.
