Should I breed my dog?

The name of my dog Muffin. He did not have papers because I do not own her parents waited then we have obtained for free. Muffin is a shih-tzu. My family is thinking of raising it is a Aspso Lhasa or another shih-tzu. The Lhasa Apso has papers, though. He was born 5th December 2008, so that we do not plan on breeding him for a long time. And he is a thoroughbred. Any advice to be a responsible breeder? We will probably reproduced once or twice, because I heard that more than reproduction may occur health problems for dogs.
