Would pet stores have normal rabbits for sale?

I am looking for a red rabbit, mini rex, preferably enough young person where I could raise and train like potty train, name, etc. not looking for those who are for adoption because they were raised by another owner and I just want to be one who takes care of him because he was a baby or close Kinda. i live in Connecticut and have their own dog and I went to my vet and he said that there was virtually no livestock allowed in the area for rabbits, So I thought to get anything else from a store for pets large chain stores such as Petsmart or something like small rooms. would they a little red mini rex rabbit?

Most pet do.In our region, we have a small pet shop that sells rex rabbits. Just check if have one.Some pet prefer not to sell rabbits when there are no approved breeders in the area. Because if there are no breeders in the region, they would have to order from a breeder in another area which is expensive, because they must pay for imports and travel expenses. You just need to check the store.
