Pet Wound Care: Feline bitten by a dog?

My cat recently came home with a dog bite to the back leg. It's on the upper "meat" part of his leg. I checked the wound, he did real good job cleaning. The wound is not infected. Not sollen around the wound really. He has puncture marks depth of the bite, it bled over them. Global wound looks fine. I can not afford a vet bill until Friday. My question is the injury remains a pristine white, does not infect them. Should I be worried take him to the vet. It promotes not the leg, it can move smoothly. It is now grounded, no time to up the door that he be allowed cured. So should I worry about the vet and a big bill for a simple meal that seems to be well now? Should I wait and see if it starts to hurt? Is there something I can do to help clean it? The veterinarian requires payment in advance. We discussed this before. So there is no "maybe you can get something with the vet.

I would leave unchanged. You've cleaned it as best you can. If you have a syringe, then forcing a little salt water into the hole to help the healing. Do not use cream anticeptic a cat ... they lick ... my vet, this kind of thing should not be placed on a cat. It contains things other than just jelly peturolim. Watch it so it does absess ... which is the highest cure first, then partly filled with pus. (WBC) draw then undo it if it seems to be doing that. You want to get antibiotics for the cat. Get another vet! there must be another veterinarian who will work cheaper or payments ... etc. good luck
