I plan to become a dog walker?

I want to walk dogs part time at the weekend (since I already have a job full time 9-5) I have a general idea of how to start off My little business walking dogs, but we need more details if or I'm wrong. How do I start? Where can I get a liscence and insured? How do I load and how long a walk? What are the restrictions should I have? Advantages and disadvantages of having a dog walking part time business? Flyers or adds in the newspaper? Etc!? Please give me all the details I need to know before starting? Can I get some TYPR training and where? I live in Southern California!

Sounds like fun! Here is some information that might help you. Firstly, you do not need a commercial license, but you will be required register with the state. You'll need to find a Small Business Administration. Google and find out what is required in your state.
