One of A & E's reality shows the most popular is the dog the Bounty Hunter, with real-life bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman. The show has an interesting beginning, the division of a television appearance on a home network A & E special "Take This Job "program on people with unusual occupations.

There are frequent references to the love lives of dogs and Beth, probably caused by Beth choice ultra-form fitting and revealing clothing.

Interestingly, the dog and the crew are charged with capturing over 6000 bail jumpers and criminals. One of his highest profile cases was the withdrawal of cosmetics heir Andrew Luster Max Factor in Mexico. Luster has subsequently transported to the United States a mandate for multiple rape and imprisoned.

The theme song of the show is called "Dog" and is sung by Ozzy Osbourne. Viewers like to see the softer side of the dog emerge, as evidenced by his respectful treatment of the same the worst criminals. Dog reflects on his own past as an ex-con and believes in giving his capture a second chance to live decent and law abiding.
