Today the parade a man in a costume werewolf has come to my dog, and she was clear warning to stay away (growling and barking), so he approached her with both arms (as when you hug a person) for it to bite the hand, everyone said it was obvious that provoked it, even if the cop did nothing about it is it something I have to be worried? She has never done anything like this before, so what you think? Should I muzzle were out of it then? I have no desire. idk, but it is not that the prosecution at all-Launi someone else (one of my colleagues work) has been held in check for 2 seconds while I took care of Sampson there was not much reaction time

No, the a-hole which was in the costume was at fault and your dog is probably what most dogs would have done and bit him. I would not worry about it. The only thing I can be on the lookout in the future are the people in costume - it may freak out the dog again.
