Dog Collars: Collars Shock Collars VS vibration?

I hear those who have used shock and / or dog collars vibration Problems of obedience. ALL I want to know is what was most effective for you or what your experience was? (to prevent biting, barking ect.)

I really do not know how I got through a career of 45 years without any gadgets, punishing equipment, spiked collars, clickers, treats, crates and what you have. All these things are money spinners for the people who was conceived! What is wrong with the bit of effort of two or three times a day to train a dog, fortunately, in ten minutes per session, without penalty, with just praise, body language and contact. Just have a good lead in quality leather and a collar.
