id to raise especially Belgian Malinois dogs, if there is someone who could give a free male dog?
ID has made 1 female belgian malinois for P10K and I cannot afford to buy a male dog. So if there is someone who could give me 1 male dog for free, I pay him back (twice) after a year or two
I am sorry to say but if you can not afford a man, you can do not pass all appropriate tests that race (which should always be done before breeding). Mals are subject to numerous health problems, including some that cause serious behavioral problems and are fatal. I had an evil that came from a very poor breeding (I do not know what I was getting) and it had to be put down right after his 3rd birthday because of problems of race. Maybe you can find a stud service for your wife to use for breeding after the health tests are done (make sure the male has had their tests too). Make sure that both have good temperaments, too. Moreover, Mals are a race very sticky and can be very aggressive with each other when competing for the owners attention. I have seen some very bad bites on both dogs and humans of jealousy. They can also be very difficult to handle, but exceptions are made for each rule. Just FYI: Mals can be extremely difficult to sell, so I would not recommend reproduction unless you're willing to keep the whole litter if the need arises.
