Why Westminster Dog Show - Best In Show as a good thing?

So why the Best In Show of the Year as a good thing? I want say, everyone has some bias, so why leave the decision to a handful of judges? What exactly does it mean if X Race / Y / Z won Best In Show? It pretty much means nothing, as the best in breed shows often do not match the lifestyle of thousands of candidates owning. In addition, I find it ridiculous to see the manager to pull the leash around the neck / ear forcing the animals to walk on the walking path. If they are such good races, why can not they attend obedience classes so they can walk with a leash loose, or even without a leash? It seems that the entire show is how well the dogs look - much of what influences the decision is how much time + money from a Manager spent on grooming the dog. I do not know why I'm the only person who finds the Westminster Dog Show and the general conformation so ridiculous. But this is ridiculous. Y'all What do you say?

Every dog at Westminster is a champion, which means that every dog has already won the victory in enough different judges to have won an AKC championship. Dogs do not have to do anything. They have been trained of course, but dogs are the most successful are those who naturally love to have the LOOK AT ME attitude that can be formed in or imposed any dog. A good manager will build on this base, and bring out the best dogs, but one that gathers the best show dogs are born with. Some of it is the result of hard work and careful breeding. And yes, there are many money spent. The same can be said about training someone to become a nationally ranked athlete, musician high, dancer, etc. Yes, a lot of money, time and dedication go to have a successful show dog. It is not unlike the campaign film for an Academy Award. And yes, like most things on matters of presentation. The leash is simply an aid, much like the reigns on a horse dressage. How the leash is used depends on some race. Some are displayed on a looser lead than others. Yes, it is on the way watch dogs, but they are prepared to show how they are an established breed standard. The responsible breeders are dedicated to ensuring what race is maintained or even improved. Exhibitions are only part of the process, but they are where other enthusiasts can meet, meet and present dogs. No one kind of music appeals to all. Choose any one style of music, and it will not match the mode life or the taste of thousands of candidates to be listeners. Others could not even imagine the world without music. Grooming your dog is not different tuning and polishing the piano for a concert. No race is a way of life for everyone. That's the point. Even if a hound is a good match for someone, a terrier is best for each other, and so on.
