puppy? HELP!?

I have 2 dogs that I have saved all and now I want a Chihuahua. I searched countless websites rescue and research on race, but were unable to find a Chihuahua rescue that fills my needs. I read somewhere and was informed by a neighbor that you should not you rescue Chihuahuas because of their temperaments risky. I feel I'm doing my part to help rescue animals because I also give a generous donation to the shelter in my area and the charity Petfinder, not to mention also volunteer when I can, although I feel a little bad because I'm not saving his life, but still no comments on this topic. I was wondering if anyone knew a good chihuahua breeder in the North except Pennsylvania, Maine, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio. I do not care about the price I just want a dog healthy and happy. I must say that your neighbor is not true that all rescue Chihuahuas can have temperaments at risk. I volunteer for a rescue group that gets lots of chihuahuas through their doors and some of them are the most beautiful dogs you'll meet. There is no guarantee that spending by a breeder, you get a good dog either. It's more about how you raise the dog when you get it. Chihuahua as a breed may be sometimes a little capricious. Only the dog they are. If you're after a puppy he is Chihuahua puppies in rescue groups. You could watch to find one of these then you could raise It Be Nice and trained as you want and still be saving a life. Personally, I still think the rescue and abandon not so easy. Each dog breeder you kill a dog shelter at the bottom. Yes, you may have to search a bit to one and it may take some time to find the right one but I would not trade any of my rescue dogs for a breeder.
