Anyone who has a Chinese crested dog?

Hello everyone. Vago, if anyone has a Chinese crested dog out there that can give me your knowledge first hand about how they are? I have three cats and two dogs are special needs animals. I'm thinking of getting one of these little, because I think they are cute. They should not throw, because they are mostly hairless. My questions are ... 1. Are dogs generally good manners? 2. Are they social? 3. Is it difficult keep your eye? 4. Any problems that are common to this breed? help from someone who has direct knowledge of a property or someone who is not appreciated!
