Shih Tsu Puppy & 5 years Shih Tsu Dog?

I have a 5 years old Shih Tsu. We recently brought a puppy. We respected older dogs like to keep the other. However, letting the puppy play on the ground (he is on the couch with us). We also give them love both separately. Cole my older dog to get into the car, playing time, time etc. sofa Puppy has his (& Run box to sleep) and much time for play and socialization or as much as we can get. him with the elderly and our dog. However, if the puppy has the opportunity he will pursue our older dogs. The puppy can not run down the stairs. It seems to stand and fish simply him. He seems unwilling to do anything with him. We had the game puppy nuteral on a blanket - and toys. My older dog "sniff", where the puppy was. However, a major problem if the puppy is too close. It does not seem aggressive, just indifferent and do not care. How can I get them to respect each other and maybe play. It was about a week and now 3 days.

I have three Shih Tzu. Two girls and a boy. Ages 3, 2, 1. The 3 yr old is very petticular. She does not others in her area, she growls at them, then the other two, play and play and play. The senior will play with them sometimes, but not much. She likes being the baby. Get all the attention. Give it time ... I'm sure at this moment may be your best one is just nervous, scared. They will adjust. Make sure the keep separate food and treats until they get used to each other. They become best friends. Perhaps they used to play all the time but they will lay by each other and get along. Try playing with them or walk together.
