Care Tips For Pitt Bull Dog
Posted in Dog Information on 05/04/2009 05:42 am by adminThis article will deal with your Pit Bulls health and how to start
them in great shape physically and mentally.
Although I am not a perfect Pit Owner of Bull and I have done my share of mistakes, I am also thinking of giving my girls as much exercise as I can. This means doing some sacrifices for them.
For example, instead of watching the latest episode of CSI: Crime Scene or the new hit show, Criminal Minds I choose to walk my daughters.
This two hours normally spent sitting on my TV to watch at the rear has been converted in exercise time for both me and the girls.
It is easy to free up time, you think you do not and the road environment healthy Pit Bull was free of this extra time is essential.
Getting started on the path of a well health Bull
You can do two things at the moment of impact immediately long term health of your Pit Bull (s).
1.) Put on environment Healthy, fresh, raw food as quickly as possible.
When you offer a fresh raw diet to your friend (s) you put them up for better health almost immediately. For the record, I also eat biscuits, but I feed mixed with something raw (Hamburger mostly) or I feed 100% Gross.
This works for me and my dogs. You'll find what works for you and yours.
The raw diet will assist in the evacuation of contaminants and the wickedness of others from your dog before starting a fitness program appropriate.
2.) Hand-Walking for 3-5 miles per day.
What? 3-5 miles per day? Are you joking?
Nope.
Walking is paramount and taps into your Pit bulls canine instincts. Walking is a great way to exercise and build a link for any Pit Bull.
Canines are animals who enjoy walking and exploring their world.
Main walking also helps you form a bond with your Pit Bull (s) and this helps build their mental health. Once they see you as a leader confident on their attitudes walks will change radically. A dog who was once an extractor will suddenly begin to take less and less.
Walking Hand is the most basic but most powerful gift you can share with your friend (s).
Start Off Slow and Let Your Dog dictate the pace
Start at your current level of exercise, if it is not, thereby leaving the house and walk your dog.
Then slowly increase the walk and let your dog tell you when it is time to take the next step. It or she will tell you they are ready for their behavior.
Are they really bad after 2 miles? So you should not move to a longer distance until they can recover quickly after traveling 2 miles.
Are they panting heavily and seemed stressed out? Then back a little and catch it down to a reasonable amount of work that is not reflected in this situation.
After starting the work to support your dog for 3-5 miles and they are ready to go for longer, increasing to 5-10 miles.
You will progress slowly. In addition, you should consider your current health status as well. Are you able to accomplish this? If not, start with a distance to both you and he or she may complete without killing yourself.
Take It To The Next Level
Once you walk up to 5 miles a day and he or she recovers well you can start adding other opportunities for exercise in the program.
For example, Gunther was walking 5 miles a day and wants always play at the end of the walk. It shows you that it is ready for another go out. Working on obedience for 15 minutes or having on the pole spring for 5-10 minutes are two ways to add more points to her on the whole fitness routine.
The distance of the walk is also important. It must be long enough to burn off excess energy but short enough not to harm your dog health.
A fitness program should always begin with a visit to the vet. I suggest asking their opinion on a good fitness program as well.
Exercise is the missing link most people are in desperate need of.
Long walks hand can also eliminate behavior problems as well. As they say, "Well fatigue Pit Bull is a good Bull."
Out of all the things I suggest to get a pit bull in a large hand fitness walk for miles every day 3-5-10 is much activity the most successful to date.
I know it works for my daughters and I help reduce my own stress level staff and what few remain as well.
