How do I open a day care center for dogs, and a large farming enterprise in Pasadena, CA?

I have a degree Veterinary Technician associate degree over a dog obedience, and 2 certificates of animal welfare to one care dog and cat care. I would really like to open a major center for Animal Care in Pasadena, California. What licenses do I need. I also plan to have a veterinarian must be there all the time for emergencies.

You'll need to talk to the city. Pasadena is notoriously difficult to do business, They have very strict laws on construction, insurance, etc. I really think a company breeding will not fly, however, realistically the issue is too expensive for the space needed. (And do not even try in a residential area, residents are not cavalier in about this kind of thing!) If you think Pit Bulls, forget it, Pasadena is an order against him. In addition, there are many facilities for pets in Pasadena / Altadena, probably too many for the opening of a plant with a good financial option in this economy. go to town, but do not hold your breath.
