Does anyone know the name of this track on the film Digby the biggest dog in the world?

Its played on the stage where criminals are exchanging the most horses at the cafe where Jeffrey Eldon calls in his lunch on the way InAs aunt in Scotland. The lyrics are something like. Anyone go see my daughter that way. could be that she was tired of waiting suddenly knew how much I love him. i would love to know this as Ive trying to find for years.

It seems that the composer Edwin Astley is a fairly prolific British composer of the '50-70 (and father Pete Townshend-in-law). I could not find the pieces of Digby listed, but there are links to mp3 Astley who could help.
